ATTORNEY BIOS

Brooke A. Camhi, Partner:

           Ms. Camhi is an attorney admitted to both the New York and New Jersey Bars.  She is a graduate of Syracuse University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  She then attended St. John's University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2005.  While at St. John's, Ms. Camhi focused her studies on civil and criminal litigation, and concentrated on subjects concerning criminal law and criminal procedure. 
           For two years following her graduation from law school, Ms. Camhi was an Assistant District Attorney for Nassau County.  In addition, she conducted hundreds of evidentiary hearings and argued many pretrial motions.
           After leaving the District Attorney’s Office Ms. Camhi worked for a large Manhattan based international law firm, where she handled the defense of medical malpractice cases.  Ms. Camhi specializes in handling all matters related to criminal defense as well as family law and insurance defense work.


Richard Min, Partner:

           Mr. Min is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York, in both State and Federal Courts.  He graduated from Tufts University with a dual degree in Peace and Justice Studies and Economics.  He then went on to Brooklyn Law School where he focused on civil litigation, family law, international law as well as negotiation and mediation skills. 
           Mr. Min’s previous employment history includes the Hon. Doris Ling-Cohan in the Supreme Court, New York County and also for the Law Offices of Robert D. Arenstein, a small litigation firm, specializing in international family law.  He is well-versed and comfortable in all civil proceedings and has handled cases concerning all aspects of Family and Matrimonial Law.
           He has been involved in cases before the following courts:  Family Court, Supreme Court, Appellate Division (First, Second and Third Departments); United States District Court (Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, District of Vermont, District of South Carolina), and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Min has extensive experience in all areas of Family law, including interstate and international issues involving child custody and abduction, with a particular focus on the Hague Convention Treaty.

Andrew A. Monteleone, Of Counsel:

           Andrew A. Monteleone is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Mr. Monteleone received his Bachelor's Degree at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.  Following his bachelor's, Mr. Monteleone received a Master's of Arts in Political Science from Long Island University, C.W. Post.  Afterwards, Mr.Monteleone graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1999. During law school, Mr. Monteleone interned at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, the Nassau County Surrogate's Court and the United States Attorney's Office.  
           Mr. Monteleone is a former Nassau County Prosecutor who has handled hundreds of criminal matters ranging from common traffic violations to attempted murder. Following his time at the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Monteleone joined the civil litigation firm of Wade Clark Mulcahy as an associate where he has handled civil matters including personal injury, negligence, labor law, construction accidents, automobile accidents, wrongful death, insurance matters and appellate advocacy.
           Mr. Monteleone is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association Columbian Lawyer Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyer Bar Association.  He is the former President of the Former Assistant District Attorney's Association of Nassau County and was the 2012 recipient of the New York State Fraternal Order of Court Officer's Amicus Fraternis Award.
